Maternity sessions are recommended to be done around 30-36 weeks of your pregnancy. Every pregnancy is different, so we can schedule the session depending on the size of your bump or the period when you feel most comfortable.
The best time to book a session is before having your baby when the due date is known, and I will add you to my calendar. Once your baby arrives, you have to contact me so we can establish the exact date of the session. The ideal age to capture the baby is between 5-14 days. In these first days, they have that deep sleep, and we will be able to get nice sleepy poses. After two weeks of age, they are more likely to be disturbed while sleeping.
Lifestyle sessions are meant to capture the beauty of everyday life in the comfort of your typical surroundings, while I will observe and document these moments for you in a new and interesting way. They can be for children, family, couples or newborn.
The sessions are all about making cookies and playing games, reading in your favorite room, playing at the park, jumping on the bed and other standard everyday activities.
It’s about your love-because it’s real and it’s beautiful.
If you have a new baby and would like to have an in-home lifestyle newborn session it may be some posing but the intention is to capture more natural images.
The shots will mostly be taken with family members, and a few of the baby solo.
Babies have a very limited attention span. I keep the sessions short so that I can get the maximum amount of happy photos as possible.

Using toys, singing or any means, we'll hopefully get a few smiles! I have a range of outfits, but a lot of parents also like to supply their own.
